I’d normally give this comic more flack for how blatant it is about the Valuable Lessons you, the reader are expected to learn from it. But it gets leeway because most stories walk right past this stuff. There’ve been multiple points where it explored how mentally unhealthy some of the characters’ behavior was, and I realized I’d seen the same behavior treated as normal or even obligatory in other stories.
