As much as I like Saria, I wouldn’t say I fully understand her. Rather, I understand the face she presents. There was a time where she presented much like Kristen, seeing the path from where she was to what she wanted to achieve, and doggedly following it with no fears or regrets. Now she’s doggedly following the path to destroy everything Kristen built. She was taught from a young age not to show weakness, and her personal relationships where she might have been vulnerable are mostly in shambles at this point, so my ideas of what she’s like under that are mostly guesswork and headcanon.
